About Me
I’m a global marketing and commercial leader with over two decades of experience building and scaling purpose-driven brands.
My career has been defined by working with brands I truly believe in: from Amer Sports (Salomon, Bonfire and Suunto), where I connected a personal love of outdoor adventure sports with high-performance products, to Universal Production Music, where I championed the power of music to inspire and connect audiences, to Nord Anglia Education, where I helped reimagine what world-class international schools could deliver for students and communities. All of these brands remain market leaders in their sectors.
Across these journeys, I’ve learnt that growth is only sustainable when it’s rooted in purpose. Today, I bring that belief into every role: helping organisations sharpen strategy, harness customer insights, and scale without losing what makes them distinctive.
Cultural Fit
Whether it’s a new role, board advisory, or consultancy engagement, cultural alignment matters. I believe in working with organisations whose values I share, where purpose and performance come together.

Travel
I’ve been lucky to have travelled to (nearly) all parts of the world in my personal and professional life - as well as living and working in Hong Kong, Shanghai, Switzerland and the UK.
Travel is where I recharge and find perspective — from ski touring in the Alps, diving and surfing in the Philippines, to exploring Asia with my family. Experiencing new cultures shapes the way I think about customers, markets, and the world.
Outdoor Sports
Trail running, surfing, mountain biking, skiing, snowboarding, hiking — I thrive outdoors and believe passionately in the physical and mental health benefits.
These pursuits reflect my belief in resilience, preparation, and pushing boundaries, qualities that echo in my professional life.
Music
Music has shaped my perspective on creativity and connection. From playing instruments and DJing to experiencing the impact of live performance, I’ve seen how music builds community and inspires people in ways few other forces can.
At Nord Anglia, I saw this principle embedded in education—where performing arts were used not just for enrichment, but as a proven driver of academic performance and personal growth. It reinforced for me how creativity, when harnessed with purpose, can transform both individuals and organisations.
Family
Family is at the centre of my world. They keep me grounded, energised, and remind me why the work I do needs to create meaningful impact for future generations.
Food & Hospitality
Travel has taught me to appreciate excellence in food and hospitality—whether it’s a chef redefining the dining experience or a hotel that wins loyalty through subtle, unforgettable service touches. I study these with interest, as they reflect the same principles I bring into business: attention to detail, customer advocacy, and innovation in experience design.
Cooking at home, experimenting with cuisines, and sharing meals with others reinforce for me that food, like leadership, is ultimately about creativity, connection, and hospitality.
Technology & Experience
I’ve consistently championed the use of technology and data as a driver of customer experience and growth. Whether exploring AI, digital platforms or new tools, I look for ways they can create measurable impact—simplifying processes, personalising engagement, and elevating the overall user journey.
For me, technology is never about novelty. It’s about applying innovation with purpose to build stronger customer relationships and unlock business performance.
Leadership Style
I believe in values-based leadership: empowering teams, fostering creativity, and driving performance through trust and collaboration. My role is to unlock potential — in people, brands, and businesses.
